A workshop stepping into your own storytelling practice and selfhood via somatics, qi gong and underground street styles.

Join us for an evening of movement and storytelling with Saskia Horton and Aamina Stenhouse. This workshop is open to disabled and neurodivergent artists, providing a space to connect, create, and support each other in artistic practice. Explore dance foundations like krump, waacking, and somatics, while discovering your own storytelling journey.

Enjoy free pizza from The Pizza Room during the break, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. The night will conclude with open social time, and Poplar Union’s karaoke session for those who’d like to join!

Tickets: Pay what you feel (£3, £5, £7).
